Today the training programme on State Aid organised by the Centro Studi Amministrativi della Marca Trevigiana started. The course is held by Mr. Andrea Cevese and Ms. Fiorella Dal Monte and is aimed at training public officers working for the Municipalities of Treviso and Belluno areas.
The first module concerned the fundamental principles on State Aid with some remarks on the De minimis Regulations.
Within the framework of the second module, to be held on April 13, we will deepen the issues regarding Block Exemption Regulations, the Temporary Framework of State Aid adopted due to the outbreak of Covid19, and the aid to Confidi.
On April 20 we will eventually develop the last module, dealing with the practical manners of employing the Italian Registro Nazionale Aiuti thanks to Mr. Mario Cocco from the Chamber of Commerce of Treviso and Belluno. On this last day we will also analyse some possible practical cases.
